The outlook plug-in requires Microsoft's .NET Framework 2.0. If you are already have Microsoft's .NET Framework 2.0 installed then download the version without .NET 2.0. If you do not have .NET 2.0 or are unsure whether you have .NET 2.0 installed, please download the plug-in version with .NET 2.0 and the .NET 2.0 framework will be installed automatically.
